How to use

Daily use. Its use is recommended for both mornings and evenings. By using it in the mornings we will be benefiting our skin from its protective properties against external agents and we will provide extra luminosity that will last even the longest days.
However, using it at night can bring even more benefits, since at night is when cellular repair occurs in our skin and the oil will make it happen more quickly and effectively.
It can be placed over products with active ingredients (reinoids, peptics, antioxidants) to help seal them into the skin and increase their effectiveness.

Precautions

Cosmetic product. Do not eat. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep in a cool, dry place.
Contraindications

Currently, there are no known ingredients that negatively interact with marula oil, although you can always take too much of a good thing. Avoid using other oils in your routine to try to better keep your skin balanced.

Shipping:

  • All shipments made after 8 am will be sent the next business day.
  • All orders received from Friday to Sunday or holiday will be shipped the next business day.
  • The delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours from when they leave, as long as no incident arises with the transport agency. In that case, the client will contact the agency to arrange a new delivery.
  • The transport agency will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the package to the address indicated in the order. In the event of not being able to contact the customer after 2 delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination branch or at a delivery point with which the transport agency has an agreement. After those 6 days and if the client has not picked up the package, it will be returned to our facilities.
  • In the event that the package is returned to Lourdes Moreno after 2 delivery attempts, because the agency has not located the client, the same client will be responsible for the shipping costs again.
  • On holidays in the Valencian Community or in Spain, no shipments are made.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends.

Pure Retinol cannot be used on the neck and décolleté but La Luz can, which is our Retinyl Palmitate.
Waiting times for Retinol?

The wait between cleansing and Retinol is 30 minutes. The wait for Retinol with the next step, hydration or regeneration, is 5 minutes.
Does Glycolic have waiting times?

It has no waiting times.
If I put on sunscreen, do I also have to put on moisturizer?

If you need it, yes, if your skin is hydrated with sun exposure, you don't need to moisturize it before. All our solar products are moisturizing.
Can I put Retinol and Glycolic around the eyes?

No, acids are not used in contouring.
When do I use the Eye Contour, before or after what products?

After cleaning.

Is it essential to double cleanse?

Absolutely. At night, double cleaning is the only way to clean properly.
