How to redeem your LuZes?

1. Log in to the website

Using the email address you use for your purchases.

2. Go to the LuZes section

Check your accumulated Lights.

3. Tap "Redeem"

Select how many LuZes you want to redeem.

4. Click "Apply"

The amount is deducted instantly.

How can I check my current LuZes balance?

Your current LuZes balance is prominently displayed at the top of your account dashboard. You can also view a detailed breakdown of how you've earned your LuZes in the activity section.
How can I redeem my LuZes?

Visit the "Ways to Redeem" section in your account to see all redemption options. Simply click "Redeem" next to the one you want to redeem. Select the desired amount of LuZes and click "Apply". Your discount will be automatically applied.
Where can I check my account activity?

All your activity in the loyalty program is recorded in the "Activity History" section. This includes LuZes earned from purchases and redeemed rewards, with the date and time of each activity.
How can I upgrade to higher VIP tiers?

Your VIP level upgrade depends on your LuZes activity. Check your current status and find out what you need to do to reach the next level in the "VIP Status" section of your account.
Do I have Lights for orders prior to the program start date?

No. The LuZes program officially began on 03/23/2026 at 3:30 PM, so only purchases made from that date and time onwards generate points.
Previous orders are not counted and cannot be added retroactively.
