Sol de Seda Color 50+ sun protection contains a combined formula of organic filters with iron oxides and titanium dioxide to block UV radiation and blue light. Thanks to hyaluronic acid and collagen, it corrects and softens wrinkles. In addition, it contains moringa and jojoba, ingredients that intensely hydrate and repair the skin barrier. The color evens skin tone and conceals imperfections with a subtle makeup effect. Its velvety, fast-absorbing, non-greasy, non-comedogenic texture guarantees maximum tolerance and comfort.

Yes, first we must apply Silk Sun to the skin to create a perfect protective base, and once absorbed, apply the tinted version to even out the skin tone.
Can I use it as a makeup base?

Thanks to its mineral pigments, it evens out skin tone and conceals redness and imperfections with a natural, luminous finish. It's the perfect alternative for those seeking a daily 'healthy glow' effect without the heaviness of a conventional foundation. It's important to apply the recommended amount for adequate protection.
Should I put it on before or after putting on makeup?

Always before. Sol de Seda Color is designed to be the last step in your skincare routine. However, after applying it, you'll find that foundation is completely unnecessary.
How much should I apply?

To ensure the declared efficacy, you should apply a generous amount. Approximately the size of two extended lines on your fingers for the face, and another two for the neck and décolletage. For a natural finish, we recommend applying one line of product first and spreading it well all over the face, and once absorbed, applying a second line to perfect the tone and ensure the SPF.
If you prefer an even lighter finish, use our uncolored version for the first layer and the colored version for the second.
Warning: Applying less product leads to a significant reduction in protection.
Should I reapply it?

Yes. To maintain maximum protection, you should reapply every 2 hours if you are exposed to direct sunlight, or after swimming or towel drying. For this tinted sunscreen, we recommend reapplying with an untinted sunscreen.
How do I reapply SPF if I'm wearing makeup?

Apply with gentle dabs to avoid smudging your makeup. Its creamy texture blends easily. However, we recommend reapplying another color-free sunscreen.
Another option would be to reapply with a mist-format sunscreen.
Is it necessary to use sunscreen on cloudy days or in winter?

Yes. UVA radiation (responsible for premature aging) is present year-round, affecting skin health and elasticity.
Does this product offer full protection?

No. No sunscreen can filter 100% of UV radiation.
Should I wait a while before sun exposure after applying it?

It should always be applied before sun exposure. It is recommended to do so about 20–30 minutes beforehand to ensure that the organic filters have formed a uniform protective film on the skin.
If I don't leave the house, should I apply sunscreen?

Absolutely. UVA radiation penetrates windows, impacting the deeper layers of the dermis. To this we must add the oxidative stress generated by the blue light from our screens.
Does it leave a white residue?
