Shipping:

• All shipments made after 8:00 a.m. will be sent the next business day.
• All orders received from Friday to Sunday or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
• Delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours after shipment, provided there are no issues with the shipping agency. In this case, the customer will contact the agency to arrange a new delivery.
• The shipping agency will make up to two attempts to deliver the package to the address indicated in the order. If the customer cannot be contacted after two delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination branch or at a delivery point with which the shipping agency has an agreement. After these six days, if the customer has not picked up the package, it will be returned to our facilities.
• If the package is returned to Lourdes Moreno after two delivery attempts because the agency has not located the customer, the customer will again be responsible for the shipping costs.
• No shipments are made on public holidays in the Valencian Community or Spain.
• Deliveries are not made on weekends.
• Laluz Beauty Atres, SL reserves the right to cancel any order.
• No shipments are made to PO boxes under any circumstances.
• Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the rest of the world will be made with weekly shipping.

Changes and Returns:

• No exchanges or returns are accepted for obvious health and hygiene reasons, unless there is an error on the part of the company or the product is not in the correct condition.
• The refund of the purchase amount will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
