Shipping:

• All shipments made after 8 am will be sent the next business day.
• All orders received from Friday to Sunday or holiday will be shipped the next business day.
• The delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours from when they leave, as long as no incident arises with the transport agency. In that case, the client will contact the agency to arrange a new delivery.
• The transport agency will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the package to the address indicated in the order. In the event of not being able to contact the customer after 2 delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination branch or at a delivery point with which the transport agency has an agreement. After those 6 days and if the client has not picked up the package, it will be returned to our facilities.
• In the event that the package is returned to Lourdes Moreno after 2 delivery attempts, because the agency has not located the client, the same client will be responsible for the shipping costs again.
• On holidays in the Valencian Community or in Spain, shipments are not made.
• No deliveries are made on weekends.
• Tao Digital, SL . reserves the right to cancel any order.
• Shipments are not made to post office boxes under any circumstances.
• Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the rest of the world will be made with weekly shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Exchanges or returns are not allowed for obvious hygiene and health reasons, unless there is an error on the part of the company or the product is not in the correct condition.
• The refund of the purchase amount will be through the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
