The LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL ("LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL through your mobile phone provider to the mobile number you have provided to us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that registration for this program is not required to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of making any purchases with LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messages imposed by your mobile phone provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile phone plan and contact your mobile phone provider for more information. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those charged by your mobile phone provider.

You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send an SMS with the keyword "STOP" to TAODIGITAL or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation SMS. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other LALUZ BEAUTY ATRES, SL services, if you wish to unsubscribe from mobile messaging programs, unless required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe from such programs by following the instructions provided in their respective terms and conditions.

We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or phone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for fulfilling requests made in such messages.

Mobile carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you obtain a new mobile phone number, you must register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information submitted through the Service, for any errors in such information, or for any actions you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
