How to use it

• Morning: on clean skin, apply the Vitamin C Serum and then the Pycnogenol® Serum, avoiding the eye area. Continue with the Pycnogenol® Cream and finish with the sunscreen.
• Evening: apply a small amount of Retinal to a clean and completely dry face, avoiding the eye area, neck and décolletage. Afterwards, use the Pycnogenol® Cream, which you can also extend to the neck and décolletage.
• Adaptation: introduce Retinal two or three nights a week and increase the frequency according to tolerance. On rest nights, use the cream without Retinal.
• Supplementation: 2 Liposomal Vitamin C capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 Pycnogenol® capsules at night with dinner. Follow the directions and warnings on the packaging.
