How to use it

• Pre-Wash: Apply to the lengths and ends of damp hair. Massage in, comb through to distribute, and leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse.
• Shampoo: Apply to the scalp, emulsify with water, massage and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
• Conditioner: Apply to lengths and ends, massage, detangle with fingers, leave on for 2 minutes and rinse.
• Mask: Apply a small amount to the lengths and ends of your hair. Massage in, leave on for 5 minutes, and rinse.
• Essential Hair Plus: Take 1 capsule daily in the morning with a glass of water.
