Can retinol or any other acid be applied afterwards?

Absolutely not. On the day the Exfoliating Mask is used, the skin undergoes a deep renewal and its new cells are exposed. Applying retinol or any other potent acid that same night can oversaturate the skin and cause severe irritation.
Can I moisturize it with toner?

It can be done, but it is ideal to use our Hydrating Essence or water. If using a toner, make sure it does not contain exfoliating acids.
Can I save it for another day if I have leftovers?

No, this product is formulated for immediate use on a single day. After that time, neither its effectiveness nor its safety can be guaranteed.
What do you do first, wash your face or exfoliate?

First, you must cleanse the skin, as this product is an exfoliant but does not have cleansing properties. Afterwards, you should moisturize and avoid acids.
What is the difference between exfoliating and cleansing the skin?

Cleansing is a daily superficial hygiene step: it removes excess sebum, sweat, environmental impurities, and makeup. Exfoliation, on the other hand, is a renewal treatment: it works at a deeper level by removing the buildup of dead cells to accelerate the epidermis's cell renewal cycle.
Can I use it if I have rosacea?

Not recommended. Strictly following the technical indications, this product is contraindicated for sensitive, reactive, or skin with active dermatological conditions such as rosacea.
