Can I use it if I have rosacea?

Yes, but in moderation and with caution. Due to the astringent action of the Fomes Officinalis mushroom, people with rosacea should space its use to once a month, apply it gently, and always rinse with lukewarm water without rubbing. Avoid if there is an active flare-up.
Can I put retinol or glycolic after?

Yes, you can perfectly continue with your usual routine. This product respects the skin barrier function and microbiome thanks to Yacón. By leaving the inside of the pore completely clean, free of sebum, and clear, the skin is in an ideal and highly receptive state to enhance the efficacy of your usual active ingredients.
Should I do regular cleaning first?

Yes, that's ideal to ensure its efficacy. If applied to a dirty face, the Cithrol™ 10GTIS technology will be wasted trying to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and surface pollution. A light pre-cleanse removes environmental grime and allows this product to penetrate directly into the follicle.
Does it work as a makeup remover or as the first step of a double cleanse?

No. While it has the ability to remove makeup residue and sunscreens, the Desincrustante is an intensive pore treatment containing specific active ingredients. It is much better to use it on clean skin so that it can work directly within the empty pore.
How long should it be left on the face?

Ideally, apply it, gently and thoroughly massage for 1 to 2 minutes, and then let it sit for a couple more minutes so that the Fomes Officinalis extract can exert its pore-tightening action. Afterwards, emulsify with water and remove.
Should it be applied to dry skin or damp skin?

On clean, slightly damp skin. Ideally, cleanse your face as usual, gently pat it dry with a towel, and apply the product immediately. Since it has a creamy texture, the dampness allows the product to glide on perfectly without resistance.
Can I use it together with the exfoliating mask?

It is not recommended to apply them together in the same routine. Ideally, space out their uses throughout the week.
Can I use it after moisturizing my skin with the Hydrating Essence?

The best method is to apply the product while taking advantage of the moisture that remains on the face right after cleansing.
